Hello. My pc has been shutting down randomly(black or white screen without working) for a few days now. I checked event viewer and it said I had a critical error event 41 kernel-power so I figured that must be the problem. I tried a lot of things but nothing worked. A few minutes ago, the pc judt got black screen-ed again but there was nothing in the event viewer. Also, 2 of my old vpns(which I deleted) show an error message everytime I turn on the pc. I can give you my minidump files if needed

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

This behavior can occur for several reasons. It is necessary to investigate.

    Please share the minidump files.

    These files are in C:\Windows\Minidump.

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Then, post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply.
