I'm trying to instal one distribution of ubuntu for WSL, but still appears this error

Wsl/InstallDistro/Service/RegisterDistro/CreateVm/HCS/ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND

i have active the Hyper-V, the version of the WSL its 2 and the version of windows 11 home

I solve the same problem. I just disable the virtual plantform and the WSL in the setting of windows features and delete all the virtual machine in my WSL, and try to delete my WSL. Then reboot. And I reinstall my WSL, and open those settings in windoes features. Reboot once again, then I can use my WSL.

To turn off Virtual Machine Platform,

Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

Type optionalfeatures.exe

Press Enter.

Uncheck Virtual Machine Platform and WSL.

Click OK.

Now enable both of them, and see if it resolves the issue.
