Can't debug. Does Visual Studio 2022 Community support WinUSB development?

Question

Does Visual Studio 2022 Community Edition support WinUSB development? Do I have to get a subscription?

This Microsoft WinUSB guide says Profesional or Ultimate version is required however, I was able to install and build a WinUSB template app. However, it wont debug and says some file doesn't exist. To be clear i haven't change any code and am running a default template like it says to in the guide below.
