I am running Azure AD sync on one of my server to sync Azure and MS Entra AD users for SSO.
Since 22 hours my sync is stopped and I have reinstalled the lates MS Azure AD sync tool, and still the syncing is not started, the Azure Ad sync service is actually running, the account is there and its working too, but the sync agents are not working.

The sync account is working, The log says initial synchronization is failed because I have uninstalled Azure AD sync tool and re download it and install it again and now getting the error saying as per the screen shot.

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Azure AD Sync may stop working even if the service looks active, usually because the sync account is disabled or expired, the agent is in quarantine from repeated failures, or there are configuration, permission, or network issues.

To fix it, check the sync account status and permissions, review logs and errors in Synchronization Service Manager, clear any agent quarantine in the Azure portal, confirm connectivity and DNS settings, and if needed, reset or restart the sync cycle manually.
