May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?
Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)
Please check and follow the steps below:
- Please shutdown your computer and wait for at least 5 minutes before turning it on. Sometimes computer just needs to be restarted.
- Please run the Troubleshooter, click Start menu type troubleshooter and hit enter. Please look for Bluetooth and run it.
- Please press Windows key + X and choose device manager. Look for the Bluetooth option and uninstall drivers then restart your computer. Try to reconnect your devices and check if the issue persists.
