New iPhone won’t sync Authenticator app

I have a new iPhone. I’ve logged into the same Microsoft account and cannot see any of my accounts I have. It won’t allow me to use the backup from my old phone. And there is no way to “transfer” them to my new phone. So I have to keep my old phone around for when I need a MFA code. I need help! ASAP!
