    Hi! James. There’s no separate “Deleted Contacts” bin in Outlook, they’re stored in the main Deleted Items folder. The way to clear them is to empty that folder.

    Any way to empty the contacts deleted items folder?

    Seems there could be an option to empty the contents of the forlder.
