Bonjour,

je dois en plus de mon compte entreprise, déclarer un deuxième compte dans Authenticator, mais ce deuxième compte ne s'est pas initialisé correctement.

Que puis-je faire ?

merci

Hello Florent, I'm Henry, and I'd like to offer some insight into your issue. Apologies that I can't respond in your native language, but I’ve translated the content to better understand the context.

I see you want to fix your Authenticator account issue. My recommended solution is to remove the faulty account and add it again.

Step 1: Remove the Faulty Account

    1. Open the Authenticator app.
    2. Tap the account that is not working.
    3. Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top corner.
    4. Select "Remove account" and confirm.

Step 2: Add the Account Again

    1. In the app, tap the plus icon (+).
    2. Choose the correct account type:
      • For a Personal account (@outlook.com, etc.), select it and Sign in.
      • For a Work, school, or other account (like Google), select it and scan the QR code provided on that account's security page on your computer.
    3. Follow the final on-screen prompts to verify.
    4. Go to the app's Settings and turn on Cloud Backup. This will save your accounts and make it easy to restore them on a new phone.
