After updated BIOS driver, my laptop showed bluescreen and it was written 'driver power state failure'. I have already faced this problem four times this month. Here is Windows/Minidump files: https://1drv.ms/f/c/50E7B52DD2BE0EA4/EnS2HQ4F3_1GiQcuvesl3usBazMHL2Vq9jOm2k63cx278A?e=0r3KDu

Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry that you are experiencing these problems. The dmp file indicates that the graphics, chipset, and a USB driver are causing the crash. Here are some things you can try.

    • -Manually reinstall the latest chipset drivers from the laptop manufacturer's support website. Search for the exact model number under the Driver and Tools.
    • -Clean and install the graphics drivers. Download the latest graphics drivers. Select the custom installation and clean installation options.
    • -Disable USB selective suspend.

    Search and open Control Panel

    Then open "power options"

    click Change plan settings

from there click on "Change advanced power settings"

    Then under "selected plan"

    Click "change plan settings"

And click "Change advanced power settings"

    Expand "USB settings"

then Disable "USB selective suspend settings" for both battery and Plugged in.
