Hello,
There have been issues when people were looking to use various features. Recently, people have been using new VPN due to remote working but some features don't work despite they can still access all SharePoint sites.
As an example, they cannot use 'Open with Browser' and I believe there are sometimes issue when co-editing files. I am not certain on both but i am becoming more positive that these two issues are caused by solely due to different VPN.
Would this be a sensible guess or completely wrong? In addition to not using the two features but i also see a person from East not able to Edit a file that himself uploaded to the SharePoint.
Can they go to [My] Computer -> Add Network Location and path to the site to open as a UNC?
Would you like to say a bit more about how the features become unavailable? Do the users have any error messages? And please have a check on the ULS log and event viewer. There may be error messages about this issue.
