Hi, I'm Julian. Can you try forgetting the network? Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks then reconnect by entering your password again. Run the Windows Troubleshooter, right click the Wi-Fi icon > Troubleshoot problems. Check if airplane mode is off and if other devices connect normally to the same Wi-Fi. Update your wireless adapter driver through Device Manager, or from your PC manufacturer’s support page.
