Outbound Error with Function App

Question

When I ssh into my Azure Function App and run this command, curl https://oryx-cdn.microsoft.io, I get this error, curl: (35) OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection reset by peer in connection to oryx-cdn.microsoft.io:443.

I have this in my Network Security Group but I'm not sure what else I need to do to enable this.

I had reached out to you over private messages and below is the summary or our discussion.

• The issue was fixed by deleting the UDR.
• Then started getting error - Connection to pypi.org timed out, when I try to run the deployment. The original curl command, curl https://oryx-cdn.microsoft.io, also returns a timeout response, curl: (28) Failed to connect to oryx-cdn.microsoft.io port 443: Connection timed out
• The above issue might be related to Corporate Firewall.
