CMG Status Stuck at " Starting"

We are facing issue with CMG in our ConfigMgr Environment. It is stuck at “Starting” status since 2 weeks. Also not able to start stop CMG Service..... Please help

    Did you check the activity logs on azure side for your resource group hosting the cmg service? Also anything in smsadminui log?

    Hi, @Pawan Bhasin
    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    The ConfigMgr CMG was stuck in starting state might because the secret key had expired for the server app. The secret key expiry (UTC) is shown next to server app. You should find the AAD applications under Administration\Overview\Cloud Services\Azure Active Directory Tenants. Right click the server app and click Renew Secret Key.

    Hello @AllenLiu,

    I have already done that...... that did not resolve the issue.

    Also, State of the CMG Service is 4 in my case ( screenshot above )

    I also tried stopping the CMG Service forcefully using the PS script ( Get-CMCloudManagementGateway -Name "" | Stop-CMCloudManagementGateway), but that also did not help. : is talking about different error in CloudMgr.log file, mine is different. Please refer to the images I sent earlier.
