Cannot stop automatic or access "Flows" since migrates to PowerAutomate

I am a retiree with limited computer skills and have been using Microsoft Flows, with a personal account, to automatically remind a group of Pickleball players to sign up to play. They received the automated notification several times a week. It worked great. Periodically, I also edited the list of recipients and the message content.

Without any notification, Microsoft retired Flows and migrated to PowerAutomate.

Now I cannot access Flows or Power Automate because it requires a business or organization account, which I do not have, nor do I want.

Furthermore, the Flow continues to be sent via email, but I am unable to access it or stop it.

I have tried every solution Microsoft has suggested, but with no success, because I cannot access anything with my personal account.

What can I do to 1) stop the Flows ? and 2) use PowerAutomate to do what I was doing before?

    Hello @Tom Hornbuckle

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue. The problem you're experiencing is related to Microsoft Power Automate, I'm afraid that I do not have direct access to the product to help you resolve this issue, I would recommend direct your question to the Microsoft Power Platform Community which specialize in this product and by posting there, your issue will reach the correct support team that can provide the troubleshoot you needed.
