Incompatible Drivers for Memory Security

I am NOT a technical person. I opened my network up to try to get my husband's camera to upload. It didn't work but as I went back I could not secure the network and have 3 Incompatible Drivers:

Rapport Cerberus 64_2104058.sys

ssudbus.sys

ssudmdm.sys

Apparently, I need to do something with those to lock up my core from malware. The first one is for the Trustee protection when I go to a bank online...it seems I should have that but I saw in 2022 there were many problems that shut down Windows 11.

The other two are samsung Elect and I do have a phone and Tablet of that variety.

Can you help me???

The drivers I am interested in are not listed in the Device Manager--view--show hidden--devices by driver. If they are not listed...can I delete or uninstall??? One is the Trustee for bank connections which I need. The other 2 are maybe my phone and tablet. I looked at Samsung to find out what I could but I am not a technical person and I am afraid I am getting too deep!!!

You are correct, that is what those listed drivers are used for, and if oyu do connect a Samsung phone or tablet to your PC, you need those drivers on your system, do you still connect a Samsung Phone or tablet to your PC?

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

At the top of Device Manager, select View - Show Hidden Devices.

At the top of Device Manager, select View - Devices by Drivers.

In the list, do you see those same drivers listed with a .inf file extension, not a .sys extension.
