Hello All,

We submitted the Identity Validation Request for the code signing certificate with our TAX ID, but the status has remained 'In Progress' for more than 10 days. We have also completed the Domain Verification, yet we haven’t received any emails regarding document upload or further steps, and our request is still stuck in the 'In Progress' status.

Regards

Thanks for you response Quinnie Quoc

When we filled in the required details for code signing validation, it did not prompt us to upload any documents. We only received the domain email verification, which we approved. After that, we did not receive any email specifying which documents are required. Could you please advise us on whom we should approach in this situation?

    Regards

    Hi,

We understand the importance of timely processing for your code signing certificate. If your Identity Validation Request has remained in the 'In Progress' status for more than 10 days and no follow-up communication has been received, we recommend verifying that all required documentation was submitted correctly and that the contact information associated with your request is up to date.

In some cases, delays may occur if additional verification is needed or if the request is pending review. To expedite resolution, please contact the certificate provider directly or check the status through the Microsoft Partner Center if applicable.

Let us know if you need help identifying the appropriate support channel.

If my answer is useful for you, please vote for it.

    Best regards,

    Quinnie Quoc.
