File Recovery Error Message

I downloaded the Windows Recovery App, and followed the directions that said to paste this at the command prompt: winfr source-drive: destination-drive: [/mode] [/switches]

When I enter that I get this error message:

C:\Windows\System32>winfr source-drive: destination-drive: [/mode] [/switches]

What am I doing wrong? I can't get past this line

    That tool is complex to use, you seem to be running the generic form of the command - winfr source-drive: destination-drive: [/mode] [/switches]

    You need to replace the source drive and destination drive in that command with where you want to recover file from and where to recover the files to.

    Please provide full details on what files you are trying to recover and what happened on your PC before the files were deleted.
