Nonprofit Subscription Provision Error

Hey Azure Community,

I'm writing in hopes someone can point me in the right direction. I was awarded a 2K Azure server grant for nonprofits but it hasn't successfully provisioned to my account, and I can't find any way to get support.

Any attempt to open a ticket in Azure results in being circularly re-routed to unhelpful support documents.

Does anyone know how I can get my grant successfully awarded to my account so I can work on my project?Screenshot 2025-09-29 at 2.12.40 PM

First, please check the available credits in the Cost Management section of the Azure portal. Confirm whether these credits are assigned through the MVP program or from a different source. Also, ensure that your role is set to 'Owner' on the subscription to view and manage the credits properly.
