Intermittent CODESIGNING Exception

Question

Ever since upgrading Visual Studio for Mac to 8.10.9 (3) debugging the app will throw a CODESIGNING exception. The only way to get around this is to do a Clean build after it happens. Please help. Here's my dev environment, and since I'm unable to upload a a simple .txt document, it's followed by a snippit of the crash dump....
