How to fix microsoft authenticator ap code request after lost app

Question

I lost my Microsoft Authenticator app, now struggling to activate App when app itself asking code.

how to fix this? i tried to get support online but no luck.

Im sorry to hear about your account.If you no longer have the Authenticator installed or cannot restore it from a backup, you need to use your account recovery options go to account recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr and fill out the recovery form with your Microsoft account email and a different contact email where Microsoft can reach you. Provide as much information as possible such as old passwords, subject lines of emails, contacts, or billing info from subscriptions. This is the only way to prove ownership if you cannot access your verification method. Also, use a device / location / network you often used with that account. You can submit up to 2 forms a day, guesses are okay. After submission allow 24-48 hours for verification.
