When I try to log in to https://language.cognitive.azure.com/signin-oidc, the page just refreshes and doesn’t let me log in.

I think it must be a problem with the page because I haven’t had this issue with any other Azure resource.

I am trying to use it to take the Microsoft Learn course with the free plan.

    Mauro hi,

the page refreshes but never lets you in. this is a known issue with the language studio portal, especially when using certain browsers or having strict privacy settings.

try the simplest fix. open the page in a private or incognito window in your browser. this bypasses any cached cookies or corrupted session data that might be causing the redirect loop. if it works in a private window, you know the problem is with your browser's cache. you can then clear the cookies and cache for your main browser and try again.

if a private window does not help, the next thing to check is your browser's third party cookie settings. the login process for language studio requires third party cookies to be enabled. if you have them blocked, the authentication cannot complete. you can temporarily allow third party cookies for azure.com to see if that fixes it.

another common culprit is an browser extension or ad blocker. try disabling all your extensions and then reload the language studio page. sometimes a security or privacy extension interferes with the microsoft authentication flow.

if you are still stuck, you can try accessing language studio through the azure portal directly. go to your azure ai language resource in the portal and click on the 'open language studio' button from there. this often uses a more reliable authentication path.

try an incognito window first, then check your third party cookie settings, and finally disable browser extensions. one of these should get you past the login loop.

    regards,

    Alex

I tried all the options you suggested but none of them worked.

Is there any other way to access it?

    Thank you for your time.
