Please help me fix this

I tried everything from scannow to regedit to DISM, literally nothing seems to work.User's image

    Please try to download and make sure to run securityhealthsetup.exe as administrator in the support article in the link below. If it doesn't work, please try to restart your computer and wait a few minutes for it to start before checking,
