Hi there,

I’m having trouble with my Hotmail/Outlook.com account. I can receive emails, but I cannot send them. When I try, the emails:

They appear in my sent box, but they don’t get delivered.

I’m using Outlook 365 on Windows 11 and Outlook app on Edge.

The issue started 10 hours ago.

I tried basic troubleshooting such as clearing cache, logging out/in, reinstalling outlook, and trying another browser/app.

Could someone advise me on how to fix this or confirm if it’s a known service issue?

Thank you!

Frazer
