Outlook email wasn't working so i deleted now can't add it it comes up with Unable to verify acct error

I had issues receiving emails today from Outlook on my iphone 11, i deleted the outlook/hotmail now i can't add my email again. I've updated my iphone still not working. Spoke to Apple they said they there is a report of others having issues adding emails to iphone. That's all they could tell me. I rely on my email. When will this be fixed?

    1. Open an incognito tab/Private browsing mode on the Safari web browser.
    2. Go to https://outlook.live.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account.
    3. See if you can sign in and send or receive emails normally on Outlook online.
    • If you can sign in normally on Outlook.com but not on the iOS Outlook app, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook app on your device.
    • Sign in with your Microsoft account.
    • See if you can log in.
