Bluetooth add device not working

I am currently using win 11 but now my bluetooth add to device had stopped popping up i have tried everything from updating my drivers to disabling them restarting my pc to restarting my bluetooth services noting is working

    Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option

    Type in msinfo32

    Press enter.

    Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.
