Bitlocker Key Issue

Hello,

My windows were crashed 5 days back and i have reinstall windows, but my D drive is locked and not accepting bitlocker key. Even Microsoft teams also fail to unlock the drive and suggested to format the drive which will erase complete important data stored in D drive.

Is there any idea to unlock drive and recover data ?

Sadly, if the Bitlocker Recovery Key you have is not unlocking that drive, there is no working method avaialble to access the data on that drive, the encryption is too strong.

Have you checked any account that may be linked to your PC, like a personal Microsoft account or work or school account for any other Bitlocker key to access the drive.
