I bought a license (2857383385) for office, installed it but when I open Word, for instance, it says no license found in my account!
Can you assist?

Thank you!

Which specific Office product did you purchase?

If you received a product key, did you redeem the key in your account via https://setup.office.com ?

I bought Office 365 home for mac.

When I log into my account (both in cognito and not) I see the purchase and it says code redeemed.

Then I open an application i.e. word or excel, it says no license was found in your account and shows me my email... clicked to install, tried mutliple times already, restarted the computer... still won't work.

I'm not sure actually. I followed the steps on the email, installed, updated and still says no active license when I open Word, however, when I go on https://setup.office.com it says the key has been redeemed to my account and shows the email.

If you use your e-mail and sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services , then do you see your product? You may have to sign in from an in private (or incognito) browser window, to ensure that you sign in with the correct account.

You should be able to install from the account. You will be prompted to activate the first time you start Word (for example).
