Might depend on your mail provider and type of mail account as o365 Family/Personal does not include any email account.
Can you access this mail account in your web browser?
PS Access is an app included in some MS Office versions
The mail service provider (Shaw) has a squirrel mail site and I can get my emails through that. I can get my emails through my iphone's mail program. Just the last five days I can't get or send mail through Outlook on my laptop.
