I have tried to change my calender to a 10 hour day and its impossible. I continue to have 24 hours that makes me stroll everytime I access.

    Hi,

Yeah, it can definitely be a pain having to scroll through the full 24-hour calendar when all you really need is your 8–10 hour workday. Outlook (and most Microsoft 365 calendars) don’t let you cut it down to just those hours, but you can set your “work hours” so the calendar focuses on that part of the day and fades out the rest. For example, if you’re usually on from 8am to 6pm, that block will stand out at the top while the other hours stay grayed out in the background. It’s not a true 10-hour calendar, but it makes it a lot easier to focus on the hours you actually use. By the way, are you on Outlook desktop, web, or mobile?

    Kind regards,
