How to restrict members can create new conversation in Private Teams channel

Question

I created a Org-wide Teams and some private channels inside this Teams group to send Announcements and notifications, so I want to only owners can create new conversation in these private channels. But I can not find this option in "Manage channel" as in Public channel. How can I restrict it ?

You could try to set the owner as the channel moderator and turn on the moderator for channel like the following picture:
