Hi,

I have been trying to update my name on my account. I am often editing papers and proposals and people need to know my credentials. How to I update my name to Dr. ? I have tried multiple times and the CAPTA feature keeps saying I am wrong, or cannot use name.

    Hello,

    Is this your personal account? Did you change it via https://account.live.com > Your info?

    If the Captcha keeps saying it was wrong, did you click on "new" to get a new code, perhaps one that is easier to see?
