Below are some articles that may help shed some light on possible solutions. There is a procedure to remove a device from Authenticator as seen below. A worst case scenario is a request to the 365 Admin, if that is not yourself, and they have the capability of resetting the 2-Step Authentication for your account. I have included below the documentation for a 365 Admin and/or Azure Admin.
