Need help transferring transcript to current account (locked out of old one)

Greetings,

I am not entirely sure where to turn to at this point - I attempted to merge my old Learn profile (which was previously associated with an old work email address that I no longer have physical access to) to my current, personal Learn account. Not only did the merge not happen, but I can no longer log into my old work account Learn profile (login was disabled because I thought everything was good, and the only way that I can re-enable the Microsoft login is to have access to my old work mailbox, which is long gone).

Can anyone help me get in touch with a person at Microsoft to help me migrate my transcript to my current account? I can provide my partner ID and any other relevant information to prove I am the actual person associated with the account I can no longer log into.

I attempted to create a support ticket through here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help#how-to-submit-a-support-request but there is no "Microsoft Learn" dropdown option as instructed. All other options appear to either be unrelated or require some type of payment for a support ticket.

Thanks,

Shane

Try another browser or in-private/incognito mode to access that site. Or try with another account.
