This is Regarding my other email account <Mod remove PII> @live.com I have been blocked for many attempts to log in, I've tried using the reset password, I've created multple tickets to recover my account, I've tried using another microsoft email to log in, I've tried the scan your barcode and authenticator through windows. I've asked for your team for help multiple times and no one has reached out to me to help with this simple thing in recovering my email account, It should not be this difficult to do such a minor thing like this. This goes to show that your automated system's is being avoided and neglected by your ticketing staff. I need help with recovering my email account, thanks.

Since you’ve already raised a ticket, I’ll guide you on how to contact a support agent. To begin, please create a new Microsoft account and sign in. Then follow the steps below to describe your issue and connect with a live chat agent.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the access or authorization to review your specific email problem, but Microsoft Support can assist you directly.

Please kindly follow these steps below:

    • Scroll down and find Contact Support

     undefined (11)

    • At the box Select your product or service --> Choose Other product

    undefined (12)

    • At the box Select your product category --> Choose Manage account security

My apologies for not being able to provide a definitive solution to your issue at this time. However, I believe that reaching out to Microsoft’s Live Chat Support may help resolve your concern more quickly.

You also mentioned the need for more methods to verify account ownership, which is a very valid point in situations like this. I encourage you to share this suggestion through the Microsoft Feedback Hub, where our development team can review it and consider improvements for future updates.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Warm regards,
