Hi ,

You will uninstall any HP application, use to uninstall it later.

Disconnect the HP from the computer via USB

Go to the start menu > settings > Bluetooth and devices > Devices > More devices and printer settings > select HP Color LaserJet M-182 with right button Remove devices.

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands in sequence: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Download HP : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/LJ/M182-M185/Full_Webpack-44.11.2784-LJM182-M185_UWWL_4_1_Full_Webpack.exe

After restarting, download the HP autorun and start the installation.

    Hi ,

    What is your scanner model?

Which connection are you using: USB or network?

    Thanks
