    Hi samiullah stanikzai,

it's important to know that this forum is for technical questions answered by the community. we're fellow developers and engineers, not microsoft billing support. we can't access your account or cancel subscriptions for you.

to stop the charges and delete your account, you need to contact azure billing support directly. they are the only ones who can help with subscription and payment issues.

since you're having trouble getting through, here is the direct link to the azure support contact page.

    https://aka.ms/azsupt

on this page, look for an option related to billing or subscription management. you can explain that you want to cancel a subscription and that you believe you were charged by mistake. they should be able to investigate the charges and help you cancel.

if you're unable to cancel online, your last resort for a subscription you don't want is to remove your payment method from your microsoft account. this can sometimes prevent future charges, but you should still contact support to resolve any existing bills.

we can't help directly here. your urgent task is to go to the azure support page using the link above and contact the billing team to cancel your subscription and dispute the charges.

    regards,

    Alex
