Not receiving emails

I access 2 email accounts - gmail and bigpond. My gmail account is working fine. I have received no emails on the bigpond account on my computer since Tuesday BUT it is working fine on my phone.

I have done nothing different so what could be the cause?

Remove the account from Outlook and add it back. If asked if you want to remove it from all devices, say No. Then add the account back.

If it still won't sync, remove it again and this time, say yes to removing it from all devices. This deletes the cache on the Microsoft cloud server, so you'll need to set it up on the mobile device again.
