Sign-in failed Error code: AADSTS5000225

Hi all,

I am having an issue with the following message.
"Sign-in failed

Error code: AADSTS5000225

Error message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: <Removed> Correlation ID:<Removed> Timestamp: 2025-10-03 04:51:43Z"

Using a few of the other people struggling with this same issue, I was able to troubleshoot it but cannot remove the troublesome tenant. My problem tenant is "remove tenant ID due to PII information" But clicking on delete or leave don't help. I get more errors from trying to load this tenant and my account does not have an organization to leave.

Is there a way to have this removed from my account ?
