Driver submission

Hi there,

We're trying to submit an audio driver. JRiver's CEO (Jim Hillegass) went through all the verification and we were set.

Then a few days later the account showed as deactivated. Jim received no emails.

So we go here:
https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/hardware/driver/New

And it says "Access restricted." Here are the details:

Could you help us clear this up so we could submit a new driver?
