Cannot get into my computer pin issue

Cannot get in to my computer. Now it's asking for a pin and i entered too many incorrect pins and it says my computer has to restart when I restart it says the same thing that I need to restart it

    1. Do you have the Option to reset your PIN from the Sign-in screen? Select the ' I forgot my PIN' option on the sign-in screen and follow the prompts to reset it.

    Alternatively, if you've signed in with your Microsoft account password, switch the sign-in option from PIN to Password and sign in with it.

    If you're still experiencing issues, you can boot your PC in the Windows recovery environment screen and try some recovery options like System Restore or the Startup Repair method. (Select Automatic Repair and follow the steps)
