windows 11 activation. error

hi

i updated my bios and now it keeps saying i need to activate my windows account but it wont actually allow me to. my device is activated on the website under my account

    Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command: 

    slmgr /dlv

    Then share a screenshot please. Thanks!
