La app de Microsoft Authentificator de mi cuenta, que es administrador no está funcionando. El dispositivo movil en el que se encontraba instalada se dañó y no es posible acceder a él.
Instalé la app en otro movil y en tablet pero no reconoce la cuenta y no me brinda opciones para recuperar el acceso.
