I recently had an email to say that my services have been disabled. On checking the Azure portal I see that my Microsoft Image subscription had been deactivated. I created a new pay-as-you go account but am unable to move my apps to this new account. I tried following these instructions to log a support request - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2281653/azure-subscription-disabled-requesting-reactivatio but only get as far as point 8 when having clicked "Next" I get the following error. How can I get my subscription reactivated so that I can move it over to the pay-as-you go account?

    Hey there, Sandra Woodburn

On the original account, where the subscription is listed. Please can you go back to the subscription page where you can see that the subscription has been disabled. You should see a banner at the top that tells you why the subscription has been disabled.

If your subscription has been disabled due to a past due payment for the subscription, please update your bank and billing information and pay the past due balance. For more information on how to do this, please visit this article here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/understand/pay-bill

If your previous account was a free account, you can update your account to a pay as you go account. When you open your subscription that is disabled. Along the top, you should have the option to upgrade the subscription.
