I try to read and use a Fnac voucher which was before a pdf but have been changed as is a link in an email since I subscribed to Office 365 (https://1drv.ms/b/s!AmDcvKT6OisPg6ZNQkFZssBfBIwlmQ). When clicking on the link it says an error occurred, the document has been deleted or expired or I'm not allowed and should ask the owner.

    Hi Wilfried,

Thanks for getting in touch with the community about the OneDrive link problem. I know it's annoying when you can't open stuff like your voucher but let me help.

The message This item might not exist usually means the file is gone, moved, renamed or you don't have permission anymore or the link might have also timed out.

To fix this I first suggest to Sign in to One Drive Visit onedrive.live.com and sign in using the same Microsoft account that received the email or was used to subscribe to Office 365. Once you're signed in try accessing the link again to check if it opens properly. Check your One drive open your OneDrive and navigate to the Shared section. You can do this by visiting onedrive.live.com then select Shared from the menu on the left. Look through the shared files to find the voucher file. If you're having trouble accessing the link. Try opening it using a different browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. You can also try accessing it from another device like a mobile phone or tablet to see if that resolves the issue. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies once that’s done attempt to open the link again to see if it works properly. Last ask the person who shared the link to check the following the file is still in their OneDrive and wasn't deleted or moved, the link is still working and hasn't timed out and you have the right permissions to see it (Anyone with the link can view).

If everything looks good they can try making a new link and sending it to you that sometimes fixes it.

Are you using a personal or work/school Microsoft account? Also, have you incognito mode?

I hope this answer is helpful, if you have further questions, feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo
