issue is not resolved please help me

In excel, i get an error message and part of the message ask to make repair, however, when I tab "make repairs" it closes and when I reopen the same thing appears, I am in a loop

Let me help you with the issue.
Please try a Quick Repair.
Follow the steps below.
Press Win + I to open Settings.
Go to Apps → Installed apps.
Find Microsoft Office (or Microsoft 365 Apps, depending on your version).
Click the three dots (…) → Modify.
Choose one of these:
Quick Repair – Fast, doesn’t need internet. Fixes most issues.
Once the repair finishes, restart your PC.
