Today's Bing Homepage Quiz on MS Rewards is not giving me 10 points. It is on the International Space Station. I have taken the quiz multiple times and answered all 3 questions, but no points are being awarded. I know the answers are A) The Outer Space Treaty, B) 260 miles and C) Dragon Endeavour, and yet no 10 points! It's pretty frustrating since I have a 660-day streak.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Other Rewards users are also complaining about the same issue, as there seems to be an ongoing problem with the Rewards server: https://learn.microsoft.com/answers/questions/5574916/show-what-you-know-not-awarding

In the meantime, you may try performing the following workarounds in case this works:

    1. Sign out of your account, restart your device, then try signing in again.
    2. Clearing the cache of your Bing app/browser.
    3. Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
    4. Using different devices and network services.
    5. Try waiting a few more hours, as the issue may be fixed by the Rewards team.

Please check if you have received the reward points from the task.

If the issue persists, you will need to reach out to Microsoft Rewards Support for further assistance, as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:

Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Please feel free to let me know if you need anything else.

    Best Regards,

    Darhyl
