    Hello!

    Shortcuts also don't work?

    • Try Windows + R again > Type msconfig > Services > Enable Task > Apply > OK.
    • Or CTRL + SHIFT + ESC > Run a new task > Type msconfig > Services > Enable Task > Apply > OK.

If you can't run shortcuts, see the method below: NOTE: This is an advanced procedure and requires some technical knowledge. If you do not have experience with this procedure, talk to a Technical Professional.

    01- Create Installation Media

    1. To create an Installation Media, you will need the following items:
    • A Flash Drive of 8GB or more.
    • Another computer with internet access.

ATTENTION: Back up the files on your Flash Drive to a safe location, as the Flash Drive will be formatted.

    1. Download the Media Creation Tools from the link below.

    Windows 11 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11?msockid=3590798658a5614e31406dbf59bb60ff

    Windows 10 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10?msockid=3590798658a5614e31406dbf59bb60ff

    1. Open Media Creation Tools > In the Permission Window, select "Yes".
    2. Accept the Terms > In the next window, check the option "Create installation media (USB Flash Drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC" > Continue.
    3. In "Choose how the media will be used", select the option "USB Flash Drive" > Select the Flash Drive > Continue > Wait for the installation media to be created.

    02- Connecting Media

After creating the Installation Media, let's move on to the next step.

    1. Connect the Installation Media to the PC that is not working properly.
    2. Access your PC's BIOS and see if the boot order is correct.
    • When turning on the PC, press the F2 keys without stopping until you access the BIOS. Also try the DELETE/DEL, F10, F8, ESC or F4 keys.
    • Enter advanced mode (F7 key) > Go to the Boot > Boot Order option > Place the "UEFI: <Installation Media Brand>" option first.
    • If you have doubts about which device, you should put First (#1), take pictures of the Boot tab and attach them to this topic.
    • Save and exit (F10 key).

    03- Enabling Services

    1. When the Windows Setup screen appears, click Next > Repair This PC > Troubleshooting > Command Prompt.
    2. Type the command below, exactly as I typed it:
    regedit

    1. In the Registry, select the key “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” > In the Options Bar, click File > Load Hive > Go to the path “C:\windows\system32\config” > Select the SYSTEM file > Click Open.
    2. Name the hive “zsystem” when a window appears asking for the key name > Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE key > zsystem > ControlSet001 > Services.
    3. In the Services key, you need to manually enable the Windows services. See the list below of services that should be enabled.

WARNING: be careful with the names and don't reactivate services that are not indicated. Any mistake can cause major problems in the system.

    04- How to Enable

    • Select the service on the Left Side > On the Right Side, double-click on START > Enter the number 2 or 3 depending on the service.
    1. When finished, exit the Registry Editor by clicking on the X in the upper right corner > Close the Command Prompt.
    2. The Recovery page will be displayed, click on “Turn Off PC” > Remove the Installation Media (Flash Drive) > Turn on the PC again.
