Can our start-up create a software using Microsoft Visual C++ (MSVC) compiler and start selling copies of it with having only Visual Studio Community licence?

Our start-up consists of 5 members and I have a Community licence of Visual Studio. If our software is written in Cython which requires MSVC compiler for Windows and does not necessarily need the IDE to be installed, can we sell copies of it using our current licence or should we have licence for Visual Studio Professional?

An object-oriented programming language developed by Microsoft that is implemented on the .NET Framework. Previously known as Visual Basic .NET.
