Create a Media Creation Tool drive to boot a new build

I have a Windows 10 computer that I can't upgrade to Windows 11.

So, I built a new computer, it's an ASUS Z790 motherboard, Intel i7 12700KF, 64Gb DDR5 Ram, with a PNY GeForce 4060Ti video.

How do I create a MediaCreationTool SSD of USB flash drive when my Windows 10 computer will not let me open the tools to transfer data to the new build?

    Hi ,

    In case I was right you create a USB drive to create midia you will have to use Rufus it has the option to List Hard Drivers remembering it will clean the SSD drive to create Windows installation midia.
