Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
First, try restarting your computer and re-enrolling in the ESU program. If that doesn’t work, try switching your internet connection from Ethernet to a wireless network to see if that resolves the issue.
Additionally, you can run the Windows Update troubleshooter and the System File Checker utility to scan for and resolve any issues.
- To run the troubleshooter - Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Windows update > Click Run.
Once completed, restart your computer and enroll in the ESU.
- To run the System File Checker Utility scan, open a CMD (ADMIN) window and run these commands one by one:-
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
Once finished, restart your computer and enroll in the ESU.
Let me know if you still need more help.
